Staff was extremely friendly, we had a broken window in our room and they offered us a room as replacement that was bigger, for no extra charge! I felt like they were really understanding and kind to any questions we had. The breakfast was also incredible. I don't think I've ever had a hotel in Europe with such a wide variety and quality of breakfast. It's located right at the sea and only a ten minute walk away from the train station, and the way into the city was also quite short by foot. Overall I can only think positively about my stay and would recommend this any time!

A new building, everything is fresh. Strange windows in the room, if you keep it open to get some air in the summer heat, you will have the Trondheim rain coming into the room. Breakfast was superior. The staff was very helpful when we requested a room change. the walk into Trondheim Centre is worth noting as negative, this used to be the dock area, and it's a brief 1km walk into town. Good parking space, but let the car stay there, it will cost you 295nok/day, but calculated each time you drive out of the building. The hotel can not do anything about this practice as its run by the city.

A great hotel that fully lives up to its name and standard. The facilities are brand new, and although the hotel is huge, it still has soul. The breakfast was really luxurious with a very wide and unusual selection. We didn't try the terrace because the weather wasn't good. The rooms are spacious with a nice view and great, comfortable amenities.

Location - amazing, convenient to get to, flexible parking options as a motorcyclist, rooftop bar views are incredible, food in restaurant was first class, breakfast similarly. All staff I dealt with were superb. Rare to get all the above together under the one roof. The Hotel itself is a rather spectacular, modern space.

Sweet and helpful staff! I was able to prolong my check out from 11:00 to 13:00 without having to pay anything extra. And breakfast was really good! A lot of options - I counted 8 tables of food and 2 for drinks. Due to the carpets, the noise wasn't an issue despite several people eating at the same time as I was.

Great views of the marina (booked a Superior Double). Staff were always friendly and helpful. Room was reasonably clean. Rituals toiletries in all of Clarion hotels in Norway. Gym isn’t in the hotel. Guests are able to access the Impulse gym a short walk away. Breakfast is great with plenty of options. Short walk from port to catch Hurtigruten or Havila cruise.

The kitchen is large with a big variety of food,drinks and snacks,while the room has a minibar,a big bathroom with fleece,many towels,soaps and shampoos,it also have a huge mirror and lots of space,the room also have many lamps and a big writingdesk,a big variety of coffee and tea and a nice view
